摘要
针对高纯度粉状β-胡萝卜素产品在作为食品添加剂出口时,常因降解导致有效含量低于GB 8821-2011限量96%的问题,分析其降解因素和降解规律,通过稳定性提升试验,证明在原有铝箔袋密封包装基础上应用真空充氮和添加抗氧剂是在不改变现有生产工艺和产品形态前提下较简便有效的抗降解方法。
It was found that the efficient content of high purity powdery β-carotene for export could not fully meet the requirements of GB 8821-2011 by reason of degradation. The factors and regulations of degradation were studied. The stability improvement experiments showed that applying nitrogen-tilting processing and antioxidants to former pack which was aluminium foil bag was effective and convenient in anti-degradation on the premise of not changing manufaettaJng technique or the product form.
