摘要
利用小试和中试相结合的方法研究了球状羟基磷灰石对地下水中氟离子的去除效能,探讨了其在实际应用中的优化方案,并依据确定的优化方案进行了规模为1m3/h的连续性试验。研究结果表明,球状羟基磷灰石对试验所用纯水和地下水中氟离子的去除容量分别为15.9mg/g和8.6mg/g(初始氟含量3.0mg/L),且其去除效能可持续较长的时间;球状羟基磷灰石在实际工程中的最佳应用形式为采用过滤去除的方式,基本应用参数:滤层厚度≥3m,滤速5~10m/h,进水方式为上进下出,运行方式为间歇运行(12h/12h),再生方式为加热再生;优化后的装置可稳定运行3个月以上。综上,球状羟基磷灰石过滤除氟工艺可以作为一种新型地下水除氟工艺使用。
In this study, bench and pilot scale tests were used to study the performance of spherical hydroxy apatite to remove fluorine from the groundwater. The optimized scheme of its practical application was discussed, and a continuous test with the scale of 1 m3/h was carried out according to the determined optimized scheme. The results showed that the spherical hydroxyapa tire's removal capacities of fluorine from the pure water and groundwater were 15. 9 mg/g and 8. 6 mg/g (with the initial fluorine concentration of 3.0 mg/L) , respectively, and the removing perform- ance could last for a long time; the optimal application method of spherical hydroxyapatite in practical engi- neering project was filtration, and its basic parameters were. filter depth≥3 m, filter flow rate was 5~ 10 m/h, influent way was up-in and down-out, the basic operation was intermittent operation (12 h/12 h), regeneration method was heating regeneration; the optimized equipment could stably run for more than 3 months. In summary, the process of removing fluorine by spherical hydroxyapatite filter could be used as a new type of groundwater fluorine removal process.
