合肥市污水处理厂污泥泥质调查与处理处置技术对策 被引量:3

Investigation on the quality of the sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant in Hefei City and its treatment and disposal technologies

摘要 自2011年12月至2012年5月对合肥市7座典型污水处理厂的污泥样品进行调研,分析了有机物、C、N和P以及热值的变化,并据此提出了相应的对策与建议。分析结果表明,合肥市7座典型污水处理厂剩余污泥的VS/TS基本上维持在30%~60%,总体均值46.7%,与国外(60%~80%)相比明显偏低。元素含量以C最为丰富,占15.3%~32.0%(均值24.2%),其次分别为N(1.6%~7.5%,均值4.3%)和P(0.5%~1.6%,均值1.0%);其中,C/N均值维持在4.6~6.5。此外,合肥地区的脱水污泥的低位热值均较低,不足以进行自持燃烧。针对上述情况,提出联合厌氧消化—干化—土地利用技术路线作为合肥市污泥处理处置的一个重要途径。 From December 2011 to May 2012, an investigation on the sludge samples from 7 typical wastewater treatment plants in Hefei City was carried out. In this investigation, the organic mater, C, N, P and the calorific value changes in these samples were analyzed. Based on the analy- sis results, the corresponding measures and suggestion were also proposed. The analysis results showed that the VS/TS ratios in the residual sludge from these seven typical wastewater treatment plants were kept between 30% and 60% with the average value of 46. 7%. Compared with the data in foreign countries (60% to 80%), these ratios were obviously low. The C concentration was the highest one which occupied about 15. 3% to 32. 0% of total concentration (average value 24. 2%), followed by N (1.6% to 7. 5%, average value 4. 3%) and P (0. 5% to 1.6%, average value 1.0%); C/N ratios were always kept between 4. 6 and 6.5. In addition, the low calorific value of the dewatered sludge in Hefei area was rela- tively low, which was not enough to keep burning of the sludge. According to the mentioned above, this paper suggested that the process of "combined anaerobic digestion- drying- land application" might be an important way to treat the sludge in Hefei City.
