从设备节能改造、机组选型、控制方式、供水调度和考核指标等五方面分析了制约水泵机组节能运行的原因,并从淘汰高耗能落后设备、合理选配机组规格、灵活调整控制方式、持续优化供水调度、合理选用考核指标等方面提出水泵机组节能运行的改进建议。

From the aspects of the renovation of energy-saving equipment, pump unit selection, control modes, water supply management, and performance indicators, this paper analyzed the rea- sons for the constricts of the water pump unit energy-saving operation improvement. The sugges- tion on water pump unit energy-saving operation improvement were also proposed from the aspects of high energy consumption equipments, reasonable pump unit type selection, flexible management and control mode, continuous water management optimization, and proper performance indicator selection.
