摘要
目的:观察不同强度弱恒磁场对体外培养大鼠内皮祖细胞(EPCs)增殖、迁移、黏附能力的影响。方法:将体外培养大鼠EPCs分为对照组及不同强度(0.1、0.5、1.0mT)磁场组,磁场作用时间为24h,用四唑盐比色法检测EPCs增殖能力,用Transwell小室检测细胞迁移能力,并检测EPCs的黏附能力。结果:与对照组相比,0.5、1.0mT磁场组细胞增殖能力显著高于对照组(P<0.001);0.5、1.0mT磁场组细胞迁移能力显著高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);0.5、1.0mT磁场组细胞黏附能力显著高于对照组(P<0.001),0.1mT磁场组细胞增殖、迁移及黏附能力与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:弱恒磁场可以促进大鼠EPCs增殖、迁移、黏附,具有预防经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后狭窄发生的潜在作用。
Objective To observe the effects of weak constant magnetic field (CMF) in different intensity on proliferation, migration and adhesion of endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs) in rats. Methods EPCs were divided into control group and weak CMF groups in different intensity(0.1, 0.5 and 1.0 mT).The exposed duration was 24 h. Cell proliferation capability was measured by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) chromatometry. Cell migration and adhesion capability were measured by transwell room. Results The proliferation capability of EPCs in 0.5 mT and 1.0 mT group were significantly higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.001 ) ; The migration capability of EPCs in 0.5 mT and 1.0 mT group were significantly higher than control group(P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05) ;The adhesion capability of EPCs in 0.5 mT and 1.0 mT groups were significantly higher than control group (P 〈 0.001 ) ; There were no statistical difference in EPCs proliferation, migration and adhesion capability between 0.1 mT group and control group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Weak CMF can accelerate the proliferation, migration and adhesion of EPCs and has a potential benefit in preventing restenosis after percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention.
