摘要 目的:研究正常项韧带CT解剖形态,为颈部疾病诊治提供可靠的项韧带CT解剖依据。方法:选取120例无颈椎病症状且CT扫描无明确颈椎异常的成年(20~40岁)志愿者,行颈部MSCT薄层容积扫描,将图像数据传至影像工作站,行轴位与MPR、SSD、VR、MIP重建,综合观察项韧带整体CT解剖形态,对项韧带解剖数据精确测量,并将测量结果进行统计学分析。结果:项韧带整体呈类似三菱形的韧带结构,索状部下粗上细,横断面呈类三角形,男女项韧带形态相似,但索状部横截面积和密度、膜部厚度和密度,存在性别间差异。结论:熟悉正常项韧带CT解剖结构,对颈部疾病的影像诊断和此区域外科手术等有重要的意义。 Objective To provide reliable anatomical support for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spine disease by exploring the anatomic morphology of normal nuchal ligament. Methods MSCT scanning was performed in 120 adult volunteers (aged 20 to 40) without symptoms of cervical spondylosis, anatomical images were transferred to a medical imaging workstation. The new ligament anatomy was reconstructed at a transverse position by MPR, SSD, VR and MIP, which was based on accurate measurement of nuchal ligament anatomy. The measurement results were analyzed statistically. Results The entire nuchal ligament revealed a ligamentous structures of three diamond, with a thicker ridge and a thinner bottom in the funicular section, showing a cross section of triangle. Nuchal ligament morphology did not differ between male and female. There were differences in cross-sectional area and density, and membrane thickness and density between the genders. Conclusions Familiarity in CT anatomy of normal nuchal ligament is of significance in the diagnosis of cervical spine disease and the relevant surgical treatment.
