血清C-反应蛋白水平与妊娠期糖尿病的关联性 被引量:16

摘要 目的:探讨血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的关系。方法:选取2008年12月至2011年10月在我院产检并分娩的203例孕妇为研究对象,根据75gOGTT结果分为葡萄糖耐量正常组(NGT组)和GDM组。测定两组血糖、血脂、血清胰岛素及血清hs-CRP水平,分析其与GDM的关系。结果:GDM组hs-CRP、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、胆固醇、甘油三酯和LDL-C均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,CRP是影响GDM的危险因素;按hs-CRP四分位分组,CRP水平≥4.78mg/L与GDM的关联性具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GDM的发生、发展与炎症反应有关,hs-CRP水平增高是GDM发病和进展的重要标志之一。
