改革开放以来,我国社会处于急剧转型期,乡村社会管理出现利益主体多元、管理内容复杂等特点,传统的乡村社会管理已不能适应社会发展的需要。乡村社会管理作为社会管理的有机组成部分,是我国全面发展的根基之所在,其成效直接关系到社会主义新农村建设的进展。在社会转型的过程中对于乡村社会管理的要求也在不断提高,创新乡村社会管理迫在眉睫。现阶段,整合各种资源,协调各方利益,形成良好的管理运行机制是社会发展的必然要求。

Since the reform and opening up, the social transformation of China is sharply in rural social management. It appears some characteristics, such as the benefit body is multiple, the management content gets complex. Traditional rural social management already can not adapt to the demand of social development. Rural social management is the comprehensive development of the foundation as the organic part of the social management . The effect is directly related to the construction of the new socialist countryside progress. In the process of social transformation in rural social management, the requirements constantly improve and innovation rural social management is imminent. At the present stage, integrating different resources and coordinating the interests of both sides in order to form good management operation mechanism is the necessary requirement of social development.
