鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原与恶性肿瘤 被引量：1

摘要 鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(squamous cell carcinoma antigen,SCCAg)是近年来发现的一种特异性高的肿瘤标志物,检测血清中SCCAg的水平常被应用于多种器官鳞状细胞癌的临床诊断、预后评估、病情监测和疗效评价等。SCCAg与其他肿瘤标志物的联合检测,可有效提高肿瘤临床诊断的灵敏度,对肿瘤的早期诊断、疗效评价、预后监测等有重要的临床意义。
