摘要
以某型车辆柴油机为对象,采用Hiroyasu准维油滴蒸发燃烧模型,基于GT-Power建立了缸内工作过程数值计算模型,采用燃油喷雾特性试验,研究喷雾模型参数修正方法,引入锥角修正系数和贯穿长度修正系数提高建模精度。与柴油机性能台架试验进行了对比验证,结果表明,实测值与计算值最大误差不超过8%。
Against a certain vehicle engine, the Hiroyasu droplet evaporation model was pulled in, and the engine cylinder process simulation model was established based on GT-Power. By adopting fuel spray characteristics experiments, the spray cone angle modified coefficient formula and breakthrough length modified coefficient formula were established to improve the molding precision. Compared with the engine performance test, the result shows the maximum error between calculated value and test is under 8%.
