摘要
自2005年以来,美国国内油气供应量持续增长,油气自给率和能源自给率持续提升,能源供需关系和出口结构发生了较大变化,所谓的"能源独立"趋势提升。这一趋势是过去50年来美国能源供需关系演变、技术进步和能源政策导向等多种因素综合作用的结果,对美国经济复苏和北美地区的能源地位具有不可忽视的影响,并将对未来全球能源供需格局、全球能源产业发展和国际政治经济形成冲击,对中国寻找适应本国特点的能源解决方案,走新型工业化发展道路具有重大的启示。
The so-called 'energy independence' of the United States has become ever more apparent since 2005, when its domestic oil and gas supply started to increase continually and its energy self-sufficiency ratio began to continually rise.Its energy supply and demand relations and export structure have undergone significant changes,a trend that has been a result of multiple factors,such as the evolution of energy supply and demand relations,technological advancement and energy policy orientations of the United States in the past five decades.It will have important impacts on the US economic recovery and the role of North America on the energy markets as well as the future global energy demand and supply landscape,global energy industry development and international politics and economics.It will provide valuable experience for China to find energy solutions and tap a new industrialization path that cater to its own conditions.
