制造企业技术创新障碍因素的实证研究

Empirical Study on Obstacles of Technical Innovation in Manufacturing Enterprises

分析制造企业技术创新可能面临的多种障碍因素,构建由创新动力和4个创新障碍因素构成的制造企业技术创新障碍因素的五维模型。采用结构方程模型实证研究方法,论证资金因素、人才与信息因素、创新管理因素、法规与政策因素是制造企业技术创新障碍的主要因素,据此提出大力发展生产性服务业、加强企业自身创新管理、提供制造企业外界的非营利性支持三点对策。

The article analyzes the various obstacle factors of technological innovation faced by manufacturing companies, and builds a five - dimensional model constituted by the innovative power and four innovation barriers. Using empirical research methods of structural equation model, the author demonstrates the major obstacles in manufacturing enterprisesltech- nological innovation of financial, talent and information, innovation and management, regulatory and policy factors, and accordingly puts forward three countermeasures of vigorously developing the productive services, strengthening their own inno- vation management and providing non -profit environmental support.
