摘要
首先解析商业模式创新内涵及我国电动汽车商业模式发展现状,运用SWOT分析工具对我国电动汽车商业模式创新现状进行剖析,明确其所具备的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,并在此基础上提出促进我国电动汽车商业模式创新的战略措施。
Since there is no major technological breakthrough in current battery technology, it is important to explore business model innovation to realize the commercialization and large - sc',de development of electric vehicles. This paper firstly analyses the connotation of business model innovation and electric car business model development in China, and then the SWOT tool is used to analyze the status quo of Chinag electric car business model innovation, its advantages, its disadvantages, its opportunities and challenges. Lastly, on this basis, the strategic measures to promote China's electric car business model innovation are given.
