摘要
采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,分析评估北京蔬菜产业生产效率及技术进步趋势。纵向评价采用DEA-Malmquist模型,选取典型蔬菜种类和能够反映其种植情况的投入、产出指标,对2004—2008年北京蔬菜产业投入产出面板数据进行分析。横向评价采用基于投入的DEA-BC2模型,对2008年北京蔬菜产业的投入产出数据进行分析。结果表明,北京蔬菜生产基本实现技术进步且技术使用效率不断上升,规模效率已达最优;2008年,多数蔬菜达到规模效率和综合技术效率最优,仅露地黄瓜未达到纯技术效率最优,本文对其投入产出值进行了改进。
This paper uses data envelopment analysis (DEA) model to analyze the efficiency and technical progress trend of Beijing vegetable industry. The vertical evaluation uses DEA - Malmquist model and selects representative vegetables and input - output indicators which reflect vegetable cultivation situation to carry out the analysis of input - output panel data of vegetable industry from 2004 to 2008. The horizontal evaluation uses input - based DEA - BCa model to analyze the input - output data of the vegetable industry in 2008. The results show that Beijing vegetable production has achieved basic techno- logical progress ; the efficiency of using technology is rising ; scale efficiency has reached the optimal. In 2008, most vege- tables have achieved scale efficiency and the best technical efficiency, but open field cucumber does not meet the best of pure technical efficiency. Therefore this paper has improved its input -output values.
