中国家族企业的可持续发展治理模式构建

Research on the Construction of Sustainable Development Mode of Chinese Family Enterprises

分别从动态资源观、产业以及多重均衡三个视角剖析影响家族企业治理模式的重要因素,探索家族治理模式的路径演变。通过对这三种视角的分析,发现家族企业治理模式的选择是一个与内外部环境的动态权衡过程,并在此基础上提出家族企业传承的可持续发展模型,并对未来家族企业的研究提出建议。

This paper is based on the amount of literatures. It researches on the key factors of inheritance and the changing pattern of governance model from the perspective of dynamic resource, industry and multiple balance in family enterprise. It comes out that the decision of choosing governance model is based on inside and outside environment, which is a process of dynamic balance. Then it builds a mechanism of sustainable development in Chinese family enterprise. Finally, it comes out some suggestions in order to do further research on this topic.
