摘要
近代中国民族企业家在长期实践中,形成了内涵丰富的管理思想。在战略分析阶段,强调对战略环境作系统、全面的分析,注重投资环境,"谋定而后动",重视权变;在战略选择及评价阶段,主张同业合并、联合经营,多元化经营与专一经营相结合;在战略实施及控制阶段,注重战略执行,实行层级管理、民主管理和成本计算制,坚持"全员训练"和"全面训练",严格考核与奖惩,重视职工福利待遇,加强财务管理,完善财务制度。但是,其管理思想多为价值层面的指导,而忽视了实际操作层面。
In the long-term practices,China's modern national entrepreneurs developed abundant management thinking.At the stage of strategic analysis,they emphasized the systematic and integrated analysis of the strategic environment and paid more attention to the analysis of investment environment and contingency;at the stage of strategic selection and evaluation,they advocated horizontal merger,joint operation and the combination of diversified and specified operation;at the stage of strategic implementation and control,they paid more attention to strategic implementation,carried out hierarchical and democratic management and cost accounting,strengthened cultivation of employees,paid more attention to evaluation and rewards and punishment,strengthened financial management and improved financial system.But they paid excessive attention to guidance in the level of value and neglected that in the practical level.
