摘要
新媒体的出现使得公众信息沟通变得更为流畅和便利,但在新媒体时代企业人力资源危机管理也发生了一些新的变化。本文研究了新媒体时代人力资源危机管理面临的主要挑战,提出了相应的治理措施。
The appearance of new media era makes the communication more fluent and convenient. With the rapid development of new media era, the mandgement of enterprises＇ human resource crisis is different. The paper studied the main challenges faced by enterprises＇ human resource crisis management and raised relevant governance measures.
