摘要
本文结合员工自我效能感对工作绩效改进的价值,分析了S公司在绩效管理中面临的问题及其原因,提出将自我效能感嵌入绩效改进螺旋模型,以优化企业的绩效改进流程。
As the foundation of Employee self-efficacy can improve the job performance,This paper analyzes the problems and their causes in performance management in enterprise S, we embedded self-efficacy in spiral model of performance improvement in order to optimize the performance improvement process.
