摘要
本文认为,组织文化对于企业的生存发展具有重要作用,然而,只有将组织文化转化为员工的行为才能真正起到帮助组织实现战略以及赢得竞争优势的作用;不同类型的文化要求有不同的薪酬体系相配合,企业必须学会设计和实施与组织战略和文化相匹配的薪酬体系。
The organizational culture plays a very important role on the existence and development of the companies. But the organizational culture is not only slogans, it can help companies achieve their strategy and gain competitive advantage when it is transformed into the employees' behavior. Different organizational culture needs different compensation system. Companies must leam how to design and carry out the compensation system that match with its organizational culture
