摘要
本文以工业水玻璃为原料,对合成超细NaY分子筛进行了研究。考察了添加吐温-20、乙酸及二者混合物对合成NaY分子筛的影响,采用XRD、SEM、TEM等技术对所合成的分子筛进行了表征。结果表明,加入吐温20、乙酸及二者混合物均能降低分子筛的粒径,且添加二者混合物对于降低分子筛的晶粒尺寸和提高分散度均具有明显的促进作用,当二者混合物组成为吐温20含量为合成体系Al2O3含量的0.1%,乙酸含量是合成体系Al2O3含量的150%时,可以得到粒径分布较窄、晶粒大小为180 nm左右及分散度较好的NaY分子筛。
In this paper, the NaY zeolite with superfine crystalline size was synthesized while the commercial sodium silicate used as raw material. Influence of polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate (Tween-20), acetic acid and their mixtures on the synthesis of NaY zeolite was investigated. The NaY zeolite was characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM technique. The result showed that the addition of Tween-20, acetic acid and their mixture could reduce the crystalline size of NaY zeolite, and the mixture had obvious role in promoting the reducing the crystalline size of NaY zeolite and improving the degree of dispersion. The NaY zeolite with narrow particle size distribution could be synthesized when the Tween-20 content was 0.1% of theAl2O3 content of synthesis system, and acetic acid content was 150% of thAl2O3content of synthesis system in the mixture. In addition, the size of product was 180 nm, and the dispersion was fit.
