摘要
随着知识经济的到来 ,信息已成为一种重要的社会资源。进一步开发信息资源 ,是经济发展的战略需要。目前 ,尽管信息资源得到了一定程度的开发 ,但仍处于起步阶段 ,全民信息意识的增强、信息基础设施的建设、人才的培养是信息资源开发的基本思路。
As the education economy's coming, information development has been important social resources. It is vital important to the economic development. At present, it is not exploited quite enough. It is essential thinking to raise people's understanding, to build basic installations and train talented person.
