科学传播应用者的局限性及内省性——对内蒙古某县测土配方施肥技术推广的案例研究

Limitation and Reflexivity of Disseminators and Utilizers of Science: A Case Study of Soil Testing and Formulated Fertilization Popularization in a County of Inner Mongolia

20世纪80年代西方就开始了公众理解科学运动,其理念及传播模型在不断优化,但最终目标及不同主体的利益关系并没有发生根本性变化。在中国,在特殊的政治体制影响下,官方运作者始终处于较突出的地位。文章通过对内蒙古某县测土配方施肥技术推广的案例研究,基于温的"内省模型"理论,分析在中国的具体社会与境中的不同科学传播应用者相互博弈的复杂关系以及各自的局限性和内省性,并重点关注官方运作者的内省状况。

The ideas and model of science communication has been optimizing since the Public Understanding of Science Movement began in the 1980s in the West, but the ultimate goal and the interest mechanism have not fundamentally changed. In China, the official operation has always been in a more prominent position due to the influence of the special political system In this paper, we analyze the complicated relationship between disseminators and utilizers of science, as well as their limitation and reflexivity in the social context with Brian Wynne’s Reflexivity Model, and pay more attention to the status of official operation, based on a case study of soil testing and formulated fertilization popularization in a county of Inner Mongolia.
