乳腺黏液腺癌中超声与X线检查诊断价值的比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨超声与X线两种检查方法对乳腺黏液腺癌的诊断价值。方法:回顾性收集本院先后行术前超声检查和X线检查,手术治疗并经术后病理学确诊的44例黏液腺癌患者。结果:44例病例中,30例为单纯型黏液腺癌,14例为混合型黏液腺癌;超声诊断癌灶者40例,诊断准确率为90.90%,乳腺X线诊断为癌灶者共26例,诊断正确率59.09%,超声诊断准确率明显高于X线(P=0.039)。结论:乳腺超声检查诊断的准确性高于X线。
