广东省宝安区沙井街道2012年38474名中小学学生健康检查结果分析

The Analysis of the Results of Health Check of 38474 Primary and Secondary School Students in 2012 in Shajing,Baoan,Guangdong Province

目的:了解广东省宝安区沙井街道中小学学生的健康状况,从而提出有针对性的健康教育措施。方法:对广东省宝安区沙井街道2012年38474名中小学学生的健康检查资料进行比较分析。结果:其中学生视力不良率达到42.55%(16370/38474),沙眼学生为1.51%(581/38474),营养不良学生比例为6.12%(2346/38474),肥胖学生占9.43%(3613/38474),对于其他部位的体检结果显示,皮肤出现异常的学生比例为0.89%(340/38474)。结论:广东省宝安区沙井街道中学学学生视力不良患者的比例较高,营养不良、沙眼等患者的占总人数的一定比例,肥胖患者的比例较高,因此应该在以后学校卫生工作中作为检查的重点,采取切实可行的预防措施,降低学生的发病率,从而提高学生的健康水平。

@@@@Objective:To understand the health status of primary and secondary school students in Shajing,Baoan,Guangdong Province as to propose the targeted health education measures. Method:The health examination data of 38474 primary and secondary school students in Shajing,Baoan, Guangdong Province in 2012 was taken for comparative analysis. Result:The rate of poor vision was 42.55%(16 370/38 474),the rate of trachoma students was 1.51%(581/38 474),the rate of malnutrition student was 6.12%(2346/38 474),and the rate of obese students accounted for 9.43% @@@@(3613/38 474). For other parts of the physical examination results,it showed that the rate of skin abnormal was 0.89%(340/38 474). Conclusion:The rate of poor vision in patients with secondary school students in Shajing,Baoan,Guangdong Province is higher,and the rate of the total number of malnutrition,trachoma patients accounts a certain percentage,and the proportion of obese patients is higher. Therefore,the health check should be paid attention and take practical precautions to reduce the incidence of students,and to improve the health level of the students.
