中药消囊汤治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效观察

The Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Xiaonang Tang on Ovarian Cysts

目的:观察中药消囊汤治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效和安全性。方法:将31例卵巢囊肿患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组15例和治疗组16例。对照组采用口服妇炎舒胶囊联合抗生素消炎治疗;治疗组16例患者在月经后采用自拟中药消囊汤治疗。观察两组治疗前后的临床疗效,卵巢囊肿的直径变化和B超检测。结果:经用药3～5个月,随访5个月,相比于对照组,治疗组具有显著的临床综合疗效(P<0.05);两组经治疗后,其卵巢囊肿直径都有减少,而治疗组的卵巢囊肿直径显著小于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药消囊汤对卵巢囊肿具有显著疗效。

@@@@Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Xiaonang Tang in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Method:31 patients with ovarian cyst was randomly divided into 15 cases of the control group and 16 cases of the treatment group.The control group with oral administration of Fuyanshu capsules combined with antibiotic anti-inflammatory therapy;16 patients with the treatment group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine of Xiaonang Tang.Two groups were observed before and after treatment of clinical efficacy,ovarian cyst diameter change and B-mode ultrasonography detection.Result:After treatment for 3-5 months,with visit 5 months,compared to the control group,the treatment group had significant clinical curative effect(P<0.05);two groups after the treatment,the ovarian cyst diameter was reduced,and group treatment of ovarian cyst diameter was significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine Xiaonang Tang on ovarian cyst capsule has remarkable curative effect.
