摘要
采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA) ,以两个陆地棉 (Gossypium hirsutum L.)品种唐棉 2号 (抗病 )、鄂荆 1号 (感病 )为试材 ,人工接种 ,研究了棉花黄萎病菌 (Verticillium dahliae)落叶型和非落叶型菌系致害对棉苗 4种内源激素的动态变化。结果表明 ,病菌侵染棉苗后 ,落叶型菌系处理比非落叶型菌系处理的棉苗子叶中含有 IAA、GA4 和ABA的量要高 ,尤其是 ABA含量 ,从接种后的 3~ 5d开始直至第 1 5d,落叶型菌系处理始终高于非落叶型菌系处理 ,在达到最高峰时 ,落叶型菌系处理唐棉 2号与鄂荆 1号棉苗子叶的 ABA含量分别是 546和 72 6ng·g- 1FW,相当于非落叶型菌系处理的 1 .3和 4.2倍 ;感病品种的内源激素变化较抗病品种更加敏感。结果分析初步表明 ,病菌侵染后引起棉株 ABA含量的显著增高是导致落叶的主要因素之一。
Using Enzyme linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA),the dynamics of plant endogenous hormone on two cotton cultivars Tangmian2 and Ejing1 infected by defoliating and nondefoliating strains of Verticillium dahliae were studied. The results were summarized as follows: pathogen infection resulted in the changes of endogenous hormone of cotton cotyledon. Compared with the contents in cotyledon inoculated with nondefoliating strains, IAA, GA 4 and ABA contents in cotyledon inoculated with defoliating strains were higher, especially the ABA content kept higher level from 3~5 days to 15 days after inoculation. When the peak appearred, the ABA contents of Tangmian2 and Ejing1 were 546 and 726ng·g 1 Fw, respectively, which were 1.3 and 4.2 times more than those of two cultivars inoculated with nondefoliating strains. Susceptible variety was more susceptible than resistant variety on the changes of plant endogenous hormone. Based on the results, it could be concluded that the rapid accumulation of ABA was one of main factors of defoliation.
