武汉市某社区0~12月龄儿童生长速率分析 被引量:3

Analysis on growth velocity of 0-12-month-old infants in a community of Wuhan city

摘要 目的:了解和分析社区婴儿生长速率现况,为早期识别和纠正生长偏离提供参考依据。方法:选取武汉市某社区儿童保健系统管理中有3、6、9、12月龄体检完整的309名儿童资料,对其生长速率进行分析。结果:体重和身长增长以3个月内最快,3月龄体重增长3.5 kg,为出生时的2倍,身长增长11.13 cm;12月龄体重增长7.36 kg,超过出生时的3倍,身长增长26.59 cm,超过出生时1.5倍。社区0、3、6月龄婴儿身长与中国9市标准差异不明显,9、12月龄身长和0、3、6、9、12月龄体重高于中国9市标准;不同月龄身长和体重值及生长速率均大于WHO标准。结论:武汉市社区婴儿身长和体重在国内处于较高水平,生长水平及生长速率均已超过2006年世界卫生组织颁布的生长标准。 Objective:To understand and analyze the current situation of growth velocity of infants from a community,and provide a reference basis for early identifying and correcting growth deviation.Methods:A total of 309 infants with integrate physical examination data at 3,6,9,and 12 months in child health care system management were selected from a community of Wuhan city,then the growth velocity was analyzed.Results:The increasing velocities of body weight and body height were the fastest within three months after birth,body weight of the infants at three months increased by 3.5 kg,which was two times more than that at birth,body height increased by 11.13 cm;body weight of the infants at 12 months increased by 7.36 kg,which was three times more than that at birth,body height increased by 26.59 cm,which was 1.5 times more than that at birth.There was no significant differences in body heights of 0,3,and 6-month-old infants between the investigated infants and the norms in nine cities of China,body heights of the infants at 9 and 12 months and body weights of the infants at 0,3,6,9,and 12 months were higher than the norms in nine cities of China;body heights,body weights,and growth velocities of infants at different months after birth were higher than WHO standards.Conclusion:Body heights and body weights of community infants in Wuhan city are at relatively high levels,the growth level and velocity are higher than the growth standard issued by WHO in 2006.
