摘要子宫肌瘤（myoma of uterus）又称子宫平滑肌瘤,是女性生殖器官较常见的良性肿瘤,发生率为20%～40%。在30～50岁妇女中患病率高达70%～80%〔1〕。目前该病的治疗仍以手术为主,传统的手术方式主要通过开腹进行,随着医疗技术的发展,子宫肌瘤手术由单一的开腹式手术,不断向着微创手术方向发展〔2〕。
