Effect of hyperhomocysteinemia on ischemic stroke

摘要 目的探讨高同型半胱氨酸对不同类型脑梗死中的影响。方法 2011-05—2012-05住我院急性脑梗死患者完成超声、影像学及相关实验室检查的123例脑梗死患者,均符合1995年全国第4次脑血管疾病学术会议各类脑血管疾病诊断要点,全部经头颅CT或MRI及MRA确诊为脑梗死。观察高同型半胱氨酸(HCy)对不同类型脑梗死的影响。结果脑梗死组123例患者,男72例(59.13%),女51例(40.87%),血浆同型半胱氨酸(22.54±13.57)mmol/L。有血管病的患者71例,Hcy(23.67±13.61)mmol/L;无血管病的患者52例,Hcy(18.04±6.86)mmol/L;2组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进展性脑梗死Hcy(24.70±14.47)mmol/L;非进展性脑梗死Hcy(19.89±10.67)mmol/L,2组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Hcy是缺血性脑血管病的危险因素,其水平与有无血管病、是否进展性脑梗死有关。 Objective To investigate the effect of hyperhomocysteinemia on ischemic stroke. Methods Totally 123 cases of cerebral infarction patients were confirmed by ultrasonic, imaging and related experimental test, from October 2011 to October 2012 in our hospital patients. All patients were accord with all kinds of cerebrovascular disease diagnosis points in 1995 national fourth cerebrovascular disease academic meeting, and were diagnosed through the brain CT or MRI and MRA diagnosis. The effect of hyperhomocysteinemia on different types of cerebral infarction was observed. Results In 123 patients of cerebral infarction group, male of 72 patients (59.13%), female of 51 cases (40.87%), plasma homocysteine was (22.54±13.57) mmol/L. The level of Hcy in 71 cases who had vascular disease was (23.67±13.61) mmol/L; the level of Hcy in 52 cases with no vascalar disease was(18.04±6.86)mmol/L. There were signifi- cantly statistical differences between the two groups (P〈0.05). The level of Hcy in progress cerebral infarction was(24.70±14.47)mmol/L; the level of Hey in non progress cerebral infarction was(19.89±10.67)mmol/L, there were significantly statistical differences between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Hcy is a risk factor of ischemie cerebrovascular disease. It is related with vascular disease and cerebral infarction of progressive cerebral infarction.
