3D-T_1WI梯度回波在前庭蜗神经病变中的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨3D-T1WI梯度回波在前庭蜗神经病变中的应用价值。方法采用Siemens 1.5T超导型磁共振仪对27例患者行3D-T1WI梯度回波扫描和图像后处理技术显示并诊断前庭蜗神经病变,其中19例应用钆喷酸葡胺行增强扫描。结果除1例因配合欠佳,致图像移动伪影之外,其余均良好展现了脑池段前庭蜗神经全段。结论 3D-T1WI梯度回波在前庭蜗神经病变的影像诊断方面具有极高的价值。
