摘要
应用球孢白僵菌‘MZ041016’菌株对瓜实蝇幼虫、蛹和幼虫进行毒力测定。结果表明:幼虫、蛹和成虫的最高死亡率分别为(92.68±4.55)%、(82.97±2.75)%和(94.16±1.52)%;幼虫、蛹和成虫的致死中浓度(LC50)分别为(2.178±0.375)×105、(2.884±0.527)×105和(2.269±0.352)×105个/mL;致死中时间(LT50)分别为(4.238±0.259)、(4.518±0.365)和(3.853±0.263)d。
The toxicity of Beauver.yia bassian 'MZ041016' against different stages (larvae, pupae and adult) of Bactrocerau cucurbitae (Coquillett) was tested in laboratory. The results indicated that the mortality rate of larvae, pupae and adult were (92.68±4.55)%,(82.97±2.75)% and (94.16±1.52)%;the LC50 of larvae,pupae and adult were (2. 178±0. 375) X 10s spores/mL, (2. 884±0. 527) X 10'~ spores/mL and (2. 269±0. 352) N 10a spores/mL^the LTs0 of larvae,pupae and adult were (4. 238±0. 259) d,(4, 518±0. 365) d and (3. 853±0. 263) d.
