球孢白僵菌对瓜实蝇的毒力研究

Study on Laboratory Toxicity of Beauveryia bassiana Strain to Bactrocerau cucurbitae(Coquillett)

应用球孢白僵菌‘MZ041016’菌株对瓜实蝇幼虫、蛹和幼虫进行毒力测定。结果表明:幼虫、蛹和成虫的最高死亡率分别为(92.68±4.55)%、(82.97±2.75)%和(94.16±1.52)%;幼虫、蛹和成虫的致死中浓度(LC50)分别为(2.178±0.375)×105、(2.884±0.527)×105和(2.269±0.352)×105个/mL;致死中时间(LT50)分别为(4.238±0.259)、(4.518±0.365)和(3.853±0.263)d。

The toxicity of Beauver.yia bassian ＇MZ041016＇ against different stages （larvae, pupae and adult） of Bactrocerau cucurbitae （Coquillett） was tested in laboratory.
