摘要
知识管理对于企业发展的重要性被越来越多的企业所重视,而银行业作为一个知识密集型行业,知识管理对于其发展至关重要。从知识管理系统的视角探讨银行业知识管理的现状,及其在银行业中的应用与创新。
Knowledge management is paid more and more attention in the enterprise development. As a knowledge intensive in- dustry, knowledge management is very important for the bank＇ s development. This article is from the knowledge management perspec- tive to discuss the KMS current status, the application and innovation in the banking industry.
