Research on Given Name Lee of Western Xia Regime

西夏赐姓李氏一事在《宋史》、《辽史》和《金史》中记载不同,《宋史》载两次:唐贞观年间和唐末僖宗年间;而《辽史》、《金史》仅载一次,即唐末僖宗年间。史书对此记载有所出入与史书作者生存年代、王朝修史方式、史官态度以及西夏王朝自身的因素等不无关系。因此,对此加以考证,读史者在阅读史书时讲求一定的方式和方法十分必要。

The records about Given name Lee of Western Xia regime in the Song Dynasty history, the Liao Dynasty history and the Jin Dynasty history are different, in the Song Dynasty history contains twice and the others contains only one time. The differents comes from the auther＇ s survival age, the mode of dynasty repair history, historiographer attitude and the Western Xia regime factors. In this research, emphasis on a certain way of reading history books and methods is necessary.
