摘要
阿喀高速公路部分路基处于湿陷性粉土地段,对于此路段采用冲击碾压的施工方法,可提高路基的压实度、整体性和承载力,有效减少路基工后沉降和差异沉降。简述了冲击碾压施工方法的特点,重点介绍该段路基试验段冲击碾压的工艺流程、关键技术、试验效果及施工注意事项,为指导该路段全面施工提供依据,为类似工程施工提供有益借鉴。
Owing to the fact that part of the roadbed of the A-Ke Expressway is located in the section of wet-sinking powder earth,the construction method of impact rolling is adopted for the section, which helps improve the compacted density, the in- tegrity,and the bearing power of the roadbed,and which may effectively reduce the post-construction settlement and the differ- ential settlement of the roadbed. The characteristics of the impact-rolling construction method are briefly dealt with in the pa- per, with greater stress placed on the introduction to the construction processes of the impact-rolling operation, key techniques, and the test effects for the road bed of the test section,and points for attention during construction. The paper provides technical grounds guiding the construction of the whole railway.
