3种保湿剂对皮肤性能影响研究 被引量:18

摘要 考察了透明质酸、维他命原B5和甘油3种保湿剂对皮肤水分含量、经表皮失水率(TEWL)、弹性和皱纹的影响。结果表明,甘油在涂抹6 h内对皮肤水分含量有明显改善作用,而透明质酸在长期使用(30 d)过程中会改变皮肤自身的水分含量;甘油在涂抹6 h内对TEWL降低效果明显,透明质酸长期使用则能改善皮肤屏障功能,有效降低皮肤TEWL;维他命原B5由于对细胞的生长代谢起到促进作用,长期使用对皮肤弹性有明显的改善作用;甘油和透明质酸长期使用对细纹的改善效果明显。 Effect of three kinds of humectant, hyaluronic acid, glycerin and pro- vitamin B5 on skin performance including skin hydration, transepidermal water loss (TEWL), skin elasticity and skin fine lines were examined. Results showed that glycerin significantly increases skin hydration within 6 h after smearing, while hyaluronic acid obviously improves skin hydration within a long term (30 d );glycerin effectively decreases TEWL in short term, while hyaluronie acid significantly decreases TEWL in long term;pro -vitamin B5 shows its good property of enhancing skin elasticity in long term;hyaluronic acid is similar to glycerin in decreasing fbrmation of skin fine lines in long term.
