高速铁路时速300km组合箱梁运架技术

摘要 近年来在西南部山区修建高铁的项目越来越多,但是山区铁路桥隧比重高,整孔箱梁无法完整通过隧道,因此使用了大量的组合箱梁。设计中桥连隧的情况相当普遍,在洞内架设第一孔组合箱梁成了一个技术难题。结合贵广铁路施工实际,重点介绍了如何改进运架设备以及创新施工技术,来解决隧道零距离架梁这一难题,为山区铁路运架梁施工提供借鉴。 With more and more high-speed railway projects built in mountainous regions of Southwest China,and the bridge and the tunnel accounting for greater and greater part of the railway, a whole span of box girder as a whole often can not go through the tunnel,as a result of which a large number of composite girders are used. According to the design, it is fairly common that a bridge is directly linked to a tunnel, in which case the erection of the first span of the composite girder inside the tunnel be- comes a technical difficulty. With the practical construction of the Gui-Guang Railway as a practical example, how to improve the transporting and erecting equipment and other creative construction methods are introduced in detail in the paper, successful- ly solving the the difficulty of the 0-distance erection of girders inside a tunnel. The paper may serve as a useful reference for the beam-transporting-and-erecting construction of railways in mountainous regions.
