摘要
优化设计地铁明挖车站模板施工方案,对经济、高效、保质量、保安全地修建城市地铁有着十分重要的作用。其优化设计必须了解、掌握模板工程现状、地铁基本施作方法、不同施作方法的基本特点,并根据业主工期策划要求,拟定模板施工的基本方案。在此基础上,根据不同荷载控制效应组合,确定模板支架的检算荷载,分别对模板、次楞、主楞的强度、挠度及立杆、水平杆的稳定性等进行检算。通过检算正确确定模板、支架的规格、类型与结构构造的基本要求与结构尺寸,确保其施工安全与质量。
The optimization of the design of the construction scheme for the shuttering operation of the open-cut subway station has an extremely important role to play in the economical, efficient,quality-ensuring, and safety-ensuring construction of urban subways. To optimize the design, we have to have a better understanding and mastery of the present state of the shuttering engi- neering, the basic construction methods used for the construction of subways, and the basic characteristics of the various con- struction methods. The drafting of the basic shuttering scheme should be also based on the construction duration requirement of the owner, upon the basis of which the check-calculated loads of the shutter kickstand may be determined in accordance with the combination of different loading effects, with the strength and deflexion of the shuttering boards, secondary and main prisms, the stability of vertical poles and horizontal poles, etc. checked. Through the check-calculation, the right determination of the sizes, the types, the basic structural requirements, and the structural sizes of the shutters and the shutter kickstands can be performed so as to ensure the safety and quality of the construction.
