摘要 针对畦灌质量不高、波动较大的问题,研究了畦灌技术要素稳健设计方法。在定义灌水质量损失指标,建立畦灌系统信噪比计算公式的基础上,根据田口稳健设计理论,对畦灌各影响因素进行了正交试验组合,利用畦灌一维模拟的结果计算各方案的信噪比,筛选信噪比最大的畦灌技术要素组合为稳健设计方案。结果表明,与普通优化设计相比,采用稳健设计得到的灌水技术方案能够提高灌水质量,并有效减小其波动性。 This paper presents a research on robust design method for border irrigation technique , aiming at resolving the problem of the lower irrigation performance and larger fluctuation existing in border irriga tion. The loss on the border irrigation performance indicators is defined, and a formula on the signal noise ratio of border irrigation has been created. On this basis , an orthogonal experiment for the influencing fac tors of border irrigation was conducted according to the theories of Taguchi robust design method. The ro bust design scheme of combination of border irrigation technology with the maximal signal noise ratio was optimized based on the one-dimensional simulation results of scenarios of border irrigation. The results show that the irrigation technology of robust design can reduce variability effectively and improve border irri gation performance.
