摘要 介绍一种基于生物电阻抗测量椎弓根螺钉植入手术导航系统。在实验用家猪的6节椎骨上进行了初步实验,所获取的相关生物电阻抗实验数据表明,该导航系统能实时、准确地反应插入电极到达骨组织的不同部位,从而可望在临床椎弓根螺钉植入手术中起到导航作用。 Introduce a method based on impedance measurement of pedicle screw implantation operation navigation system. The development of navigation system in experimental pigs 6 vertebrae conducted a preliminary experiment, the correlation of bioelectri- cal impedance experimental data show that: the navigation system can real-time, accurate response to insertion of the electrode to bone tissue of different parts of the body, which is expected in clinical vertebral pedicle screw implantation operation plays a role in navigation.
