根治性全膀胱切除乙状结肠原位代膀胱18例报告 被引量：1

摘要 乙状结肠新膀胱术贮尿容积大，原位自主排尿，白天控尿效果较好,但常有夜间尿失禁、输尿管返流等并发症。为提高手术疗效，2007年6月至2011年7月，蚌埠医学院第一附属医院泌尿外科对18例肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者施行改良乙状结肠新膀胱术，现报告如下。
