This article puts forward a new oscillating plate （or swash-plate） mechanism which based on the comparative analysis of the structural feature of oscillating plate adjustment mechanism on Cigarette Making machine Model ZJI7 and ZJ112, specifying both working process and its advantage and disadvantage. The structure of the Z J17 is simple but difficult to adjust, while Z J112 convenient to adjust but its structure is complicated.
