摘要
在钻探施工的下套管固井、水泥封孔等作业中,不可避免地会发生水泥对钻井液的污染,使钻井液性能发生改变,不能满足正常钻进工作需要。针对这一问题,从水泥水化机理出发,结合粘土颗粒扩散双电层理论分析了水泥对钻井液污染的原因,并针对其钙侵特点提出一套行之有效的解决方案,对以后的水泥固井、水泥封孔施工的钻井液处理和维护有借鉴意义。
In the operation of casing cementing and hole cement sealing of drilling construction, the cement pollution to drilling fluid is inevitable, which will change the property of the drilling fluid to affect the drilling requirement. According to this problem, by the hydration mechanism of cement and based on the theory of electric double layer produced by clay par- ticle dispersion, the paper analyzed the causes of cement pollution to drilling fluid and put forward a set of effective solution.
