摘要
抚顺某重点工程油罐区下部为回填30多年的露天采矿剥离物,3.0 m以深有不同程度的冒气、发热、自燃等现象。为了保证其上部拟建油罐的安全,需对油罐区深部火区进行处理。分析了各种注浆处理方案的优缺点,经方案对比,采用水、粉煤灰、阻化剂压密注浆的方法对拟建油罐区地基土深部火区进行处理,达到理想效果,保证了建筑物的安全。介绍了注浆设计、施工工艺以及注浆效果。
The lower part of a key project of oil tank area is backfilled by overburden from open pit mining for more than 30 years with different level of gas discharging, heat generating and self-ignition. Treatment should be done to the deep sealed fire zone of the oil tank area to ensure the safety of the upper proposed oil tank. Analysis is made on the advantages and dis- advantages of grouting methods; by the comparison of different schemes, compaction grouting with water, fly ash and paraly- sant was adopted with good effect. The paper introduces the grouting design, construction process and the grouting effect.
