摘要
"竞争合作—主动愉悦"课堂教学模式,是采用异质分组、分层竞争、合作讨论、组长负责、现场团队评价等基本操作策略的一系列教学组织方式相对稳定的组合。该模式不仅适合于多学科,而且在新授课、复习课、试卷讲评课等课型中有不同程序。该模式具有有效利用差异、合理利用竞争、凸显学生主体作用等特征。在改革中要处理好实施模式与完成课堂教学任务、课堂预设与生成、课堂规则与课堂氛围、统一模式思想与自主探索的关系。
"Competition and cooperation--active and pleasant" classroom teaching model is defined as a relatively stable combination of a series of teaching organization patterns which include the basic operating strategies such as heterogeneous grouping, hierarchical competition, cooperative discussion, group leader in charge, immediate group evaluation, etc. The model not only applies to different subjects, but also has different procedures for different lesson types such as new lessons, review lessons, exam paper commenting lessons, etc. Meanwhile it possesses the features of utilizing students' diversity effectively, taking advantage of competition reasonably, highlighting student main body function etc. In the process of the model reformation, we should properly handle the relationship between model implementation and teaching tasks, classroom presupposition and generation, classroom rules and atmosphere as well as unified model of thinking and independent exploring.
