摘要
理论并实证了我国现行以组织传播路径为主的农业技术推广效果差,而以体验传播路径为主的农业技术推广将有效衔接科技部门的技术创新与农民的技术需求,因而推广效果好.研究成果可为改进我国农业技术推广服务提供决策参考.
This article establishes models and gives examples to explain why the effect of traditional bu- reaucracy broadcasting of agricultural technology extension is getting worse, while the experience broad- casting can effectively meet the farmers' needs of agricultural technology, and the effect of agricultural technology extension is better. The research is helpful for improvement on the service of agricultural technology extension.
