This article establishes models and gives examples to explain why the effect of traditional bu- reaucracy broadcasting of agricultural technology extension is getting worse, while the experience broad- casting can effectively meet the farmers＇ needs of agricultural technology, and the effect of agricultural technology extension is better. The research is helpful for improvement on the service of agricultural technology extension.
