Energy carbon-flow model of production process for ceramics based on generalized fuzzy Petri nets

摘要 针对陶瓷企业低碳制造过程建模的需求,依据模糊Petri网的基本原理,抓住其运行状态的连续性及离散状态对连续过程的影响,将其用于陶瓷企业低碳制造过程建模这一领域.首先对陶瓷企业能量碳流模型进行分析,然后给出模型的形式化定义及规则说明,建立了基于广义模糊Petri网的陶瓷生产过程能量碳流模型,最后以典型的烧成系统为例加以说明模型的运用,对整个过程的能量碳流进行了动态描述,为企业走低碳制造奠定一定的理论基础. In terms of the modeling needs of low-carbon manufacturing process for ceramic enterprises, the modeling method based on fuzzy Petri nets is introduced according to its basic principle and advantages that can grasp the continuity of the serving states and the impact of discrete states on continuous processes. Based on the analysis of the energy carbon-flow of the ceramic enterprises, the energy carbon-flow model of production process for ceramics is established based on generalized fuzzy Petri nets, and its formal definition and the rules explanation are given. Finally, taking firing system as an example, the model is used in ceramic enterprises to describe the dynamic behavior of energy carbon-flow and lay a theoretical foundation for low-carbon development.
