广西高校奖助学金评定情况调查及对策研究

Investigation and Countermeasures Research of the Scholarships Evaluation State in Colleges and Universities of Guangxi

通过对广西高校贫困生与非贫困生的的家庭人均月收入、消费水平和学费生活费来源等情况的调查,分析说明奖助学金对于高校贫困生的作用和影响以及目前奖助学金评定中出现的问题和需要改进的方向。针对奖助学金在实际执行和落实过程中存在的不足,提出基于层次分析法的多指标综合评定体系以及基于模糊综合评价法的班级综合评定方法。利用打分制将定性问题转化为定量问题,给出了一套完整的高校奖助学金评定流程。

According to the investigation among the impoverished and non-impoverished college students in Guangxi on the per-capita income of family, the level of consumption, and the financial resources of tuition and living expenses, it is analyzed the influence of scholarships on the impoverished college students in this paper, as well as some current problems in the scholarships evaluation and some necessary further improvement. Some solutions have been put forward to some defects of the practical operation procedure, which are multiple index synthetically evaluation based on AHP and comprehensive evaluation offered by class based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. With scoring system, it elaborates on the designing of a complete process, which fulfils the requirements of transforming the qualitative problems into quantitative ones.
