摘要
商业房地产投资是一项高收益、高风险的投资活动。文章从经济和社会两方面分析了商业地产投资的风险,并给出了商业地产投资运营风险和经济风险的防范。旨在引导商业地产开发商做出科学的决策,规避影响较大的风险获得理想的商业收益。
A commercial real estate investment activity is a high profit filed with high risk. Commercial real estate investment risks were analyzed from the economic and social aspects. Measures were given to prevent the risk form operate and economic aspects. All efforts help the commercial real estate owner to decide wisely.
