摘要 采用不同质量配比的聚磷酸铵(APP)、季戊四醇(PER)、三聚氰胺(MEL)制备磷氮膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)体系,用以阻燃乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVAC),探讨了三种组分配比对EVAC阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。用拉伸性能评价IFR与EVAC相容性对力学性能的影响。利用锥形量热仪(CONE)评价IFR用量对EVAC阻燃性能和燃烧火灾性能参数的影响及阻燃机理。结果表明,PER与EVAC的相容性优于APP与EVAC的相容性;在IFR体系添加量为30份,APP∶PER=4∶1时氧指数最高,达到28.5%,材料的垂直燃烧测试可达UL–94 V–0级,水平燃烧测试达到HB级;CONE测试表明当阻燃剂IFR添加量为30%时,EVAC的火灾性能指数提高,生烟速率下降。 Phosphorus and nitrogen intumescent flame retardant (IFR)was prepared by adding different ratio of quality of ammonium polyphosphate (APP), pentaerythritol (PER), melamine (MEL)which was used for flame retardant EVAC.The effect of component ratio on the flame retardant properties and mechanical properties of EVAC was tested.Tensile performance was used to evaluate mechanical properties of EVAC/IFR.The cone calorimeter (CONE)was used to evaluate the effect of IFR amount on the EVAC flame retardant properties and combustion fire performance parameters and flame retardant mechanism.The results show that the compatibility of PER and EVAC is better than APP and EVAC.While IFR content is 30%, APP : PER=4 : 1, the highest oxyphren index of the composites reach 28.5.The vertical combustion test of material can reach UL94 V-0 level, the level combustion test reach lib level.CONE test show that when IFR content is 30%, fire performance index of EVAC increase and smoke generation rate decrease.
