摘要
研究了纳米三氧化二锑的表面处理技术、母粒制备技术对阻燃聚丙烯的力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,加入钛酸酯偶联剂处理的纳米三氧化二锑母粒可以大大提高复合材料的综合物理力学性能和阻燃性能,而且可以降低材料成本。
The effect of surface treatment technology and masterbatch preparation technology of nano-antimony trioxide (N-Sb2O3) on mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of flame retardant polypropylene was studied.The results show that the mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of PP composites can increase highly by adding N-Sb2O3 masterbatch treated with coupling agent of organic titanate. In addition, this method can reduce the cost of material.
